Be sure to have the following documents
when registering your child for Kindergarten.
• Child’s Immunization Records (per Colorado law)
• Child’s Birth Certicate (state-certified preferred)
• Proof of Residence (Examples include a Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Tax
Notice, Lease Agreement, Assessor Page, or Notarized Letter from the person
you are living with if you are living with someone and your name doesn't
appear on the proof of residency (a copy of their Proof of Residency must
also be provided at the time of enrollment)).
